Wonderful experience there. The hotel is clean, nestled in the nice building with courteous and politestaff. Excellent location in a great area just off the common areas like stairway near the cleaning, restaurants/stores, and Easy in out of the high.

The rooms are beautiful and perfect, with a big bathroom and comfortable beds. Clean facilities. the location is amazing and excellent, in the middle of everything we wanted to go. Close to a friendly neighborhood, an outlet with a reset button, and great restaurants.

Awesome stopover! The room we had last time was top-notch - a spacious bathroom, beds that were like sleeping on clouds, and everything was in tip-top shape 😊.

The hotel had a comfy position, close to downtown. East Houston district was worth exploring.

The staff was very helpful and top-class. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to all the stores, anywhere in Houston, and the mall or different restaurants. There were variety of restaurants to eat, like Tostada Regia that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Rewritten: The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. Typical Best Western breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, bagel, cream cheese. Unfortunately still everything on plastic plates. Location good, 2 Mexican restaurants within walking distance, by car to downtown a quarter of an hour. Own guarded parking lot. Room was clean, Wi-Fi was strong.

It is located directly at the street, so there is a lot of traffic noise in the room. The residential area you have to drive through to get to the motel did not look very trustworthy.

The rooms were in nice condition and had a quiet atmosphere. the location of the hotel, next to the airport and with easy access to public transport, stores, and restaurants, was convenient. the service was nice, despite a few employees being slow.
